ADEii Health Foundation supports initiatives that expand access to behavioral health, wellness, and wraparound services in everyday community settings. Our focus is on early, in-context support—helping individuals, families, and communities access care before needs escalate into crisis.

The Foundation prioritizes efforts that strengthen continuity of care, reduce barriers to access, and reinforce trusted points of connection within communities. We support models that emphasize presence, dignity, and responsiveness, while remaining adaptable to local context and need.

The Foundation supports initiatives that focus on:

• Community-based behavioral health and wellness access: Help that’s part of the daily rhythm of people’s lives

• Youth-, family-, and community-centered support models that reduce wait times, remove barriers, and deliver early, in-context support.: No one is turned away

• Workforce development and supervised training pathways: Facilitating with State and Federal agencies, Training-to-Career Pipelines

We work through partnerships with public agencies, community organizations, and aligned service providers to support care where people already live, learn, and gather.

Rather than creating parallel systems, the Foundation helps reinforce existing community infrastructure by supporting initiatives that are embedded, locally informed, and grounded in the daily rhythms of community life. Our role is to support alignment, coordination, and shared purpose across partners.

Stewardship & Partnership: The Foundation serves as a nonprofit partner and fiscal steward, providing structure, governance, and oversight for initiatives aligned with its charitable mission.

Media Engagement & Systems Alignment: MyTribeMedia

• MyTribe Media is a media engagement and systems-alignment initiative that transforms everyday community moments into real-time insight. Through secure, integrated tools and participatory storytelling, MyTribe Media surfaces emerging needs, shared experiences, and system pressure points as they occur—not months later.

  These insights support learning, alignment, and informed decision-making across partners, helping communities, institutions, and leaders respond more quickly and cohesively. By strengthening how information moves between people, programs, and systems, MyTribe Media reinforces coordinated, community-rooted responses while respecting the roles of service providers and public partners.
